...The “filth” remark is far from Robinson’s first public anti-gay comment. His social media page is filled with numerous homophobic posts, and he told WRAL in 2020 that “I’m not ashamed of anything I post.”
And in a 2019 video he made with Sean Moon, the leader of a religious group some call a cult, Robinson criticized a church in Fayetteville as being “a homosexual church,” The News & Observer reported. As the two continue talking about homosexuality, Moon says that “the wage for sin is death” and Robinson responds “absolutely right” before saying that gay people should pray to be cured, like alcoholics....
Biden today rejected 45SHOLE's effort to claim executive privilege over presidential materials.
Idk how this will affect executive privilege claims over testimony from his staff and himself.
Biden's decision only allows the National Archives to start providing White House visitor logs and communications. Individuals that have been ordered to testify can still fight their own battle.
According to TV pundits, if I understand correctly:
Joe is saying that executive privilege does not apply.
The sitting POTUS decides what is in the national interest.
A former POTUS has never asserted executive privilege.
Dolt .45 has only made vague noises, he has not formerly asserted executive privilege.
Unless courts rule otherwise, Joe's decision that executive privilege does not apply covers former staffers as well as the National Archives materials.
Bannon is the first person this will all be tested on. His position is even shakier since it was years before 1/6 that he was last a staffer. The Committee is preparing to ask the full House for a contempt citation for him.
... If the full House, slated to reconvene next week, votes to hold Bannon in contempt — which is also all but certain, as Democrats have a slim majority — then the matter will be referred to the U.S. Attorney for Washington D.C. for criminal prosecution.
It's unclear whether the Justice Department would move quickly following House action. Attorney General Merrick Garland has not indicated how he will handle such referrals, though he’s slated to testify to the House Judiciary Committee next week and is likely to be pressed on the matter....
If the Justice Department prosecutes Bannon and secures his conviction, he would face up to a year in prison and up to $100,000 in fines. He has the option to appeal, and the courts would determine whether to delay penalties during the appeals process....

What I meant in my post is that Biden's order the other day or last week about not recognizing trump's claims of executive privilege had the immediate effect of the National Archives providing the House with the documents they had requested. As a government entity, the Archives has no attorneys fighting to keep any of those records from being forwarded. It is still the choice of any individuals issued subpoenas to refuse to comply, which the idiot Bannon is doing. I've read that Meadows and Patel are being cooperative, though.

My post was meant to be an elaboration on a topic where I was ignorant, not a correction of any of your accurate post.

Opps! I thought that you were implying that the aides and others involved with trump's dumpster fire of an administration are required to submit documents and testimony just by virtue of Biden's decision on the executive privilege issue. That will certainly be brought up in court proceedings for those who refuse to comply, but those folks will still have to fight their fight in court on an individual basis. The National Archives is not offering any resistance since it's part of the current administration. Sorry for the confusion. In any case, let's all hope that Bannon acts as his own executioner in his case. It will be fun to see how long he lasts in jail before he decides to crow and squawk.
Today I got emails from US Senator Marsha Blackburn and US House representative Diana Harshbarger; they always come on the same day and basically hit the same RWNJ points. I've already written back to Marsha urging her to resign or kill herself. I've decided to wait until tomorrow to write Diana and pretty much say the same thing (I'm as consistent as they are) but I always add a separate kick to Diana to ask if her and her husband have paid back the hundreds of thousands of socialist dollars they stole (her husband was convicted of this a few years ago). Neither of them have ever responded to me. Harshbarger has an office here where I live and I've more than once thought of going there just to see what kind of fucking lunatic works there.
According to Whiplash347, an account with almost 250,000 followers, Trump will be reinstated as the 18th president of the United States, because everything since 1871 (the date the Sovereign Citizen movement claims the U.S. became a corporation) is “illegal.”
Whiplash347 continues that Trump will then step down, and John F. Kennedy Jr., who died in a plane crash in 1999, will become president “like he would of if it wasn't for Killary plotting to kill him.” Joining JFK Jr. as vice president will be disgraced former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.
...
Michael Brian Protzman, who runs the Negative48 channel (over 100,000 subscribers), sees things slightly differently.
Protzman has long claimed that the Kennedy bloodline is directly linked to Christ. He told his followers that on Tuesday, “JFK Sr, Jackie, and JFK Jr will be reintroduced to the world.” Then, the JFK Sr. “will travel around for seven days, then will pass.”
Before he dies, however, “JFK Sr. will transfer power to Donald Trump and JFK Jr. will be Trump’s vice president.”
Another part of the conspiracy claims that JFK’s return will coincide with the reversion to the Julian Calendar, which means the date will change immediately back to Oct. 20

Good Lord, they are truly insane.
Old Joe Biden might have to break out the spanking paddle.
Hundreds of QAnon Fans Are Going to Texas to See JFK Return. No, Seriously.
A QAnon prophecy says the assassinated president will return and make Trump the president again.
Kennedy would laugh his ass off at these morons. I just finished a book about Q that says Q hasn't made a "drop" since last December. The cult is getting restless but still gushes in awe over anything trumpy. Hilarious.

Why don't a few of them just claim to speak to Q? It worked super for Moses.
Trump: “We had the safest border in the history of our country - or at least recorded history. I guess maybe a thousand years ago it was even better.”

Yeah, the book I read listed in detail all the Q prophecies as well as the detailed list of why virtually none of them became reality but still it didn't dissuade them and only served to drive them further into lunacy. The whole thing was funny and tragic and nearly made me feel guilty about being the highest among a handful. But then I got over that.
