Good post. Not that I'm being harsher on Lambeau fans than I would on any other fans, but they'll probably cheer his return....

Yeah, Packer fans will probably still cheer Rodgers if they win this weekend anyway, and if Rodgers is only out the one week. But if the Packers lose two or more over this, they might not be any more forgiving than they were when Favre went to the Vikings.

Otoh, they'll be glad to see him return if the backup caused the losses. I wouldn't count on football fans to hold a grudge over public health.

Rams stumble again vs. 49ers: 'A humbling night'

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Coach Sean McVay stood at a podium in the bowels of Levi's Stadium, clearly frustrated after the Los Angeles Rams fell for a fifth consecutive time to the San Francisco 49ers, plunging themselves into a two-game losing streak.
