I think she really is as stupid and uneducated as she seems. Someone playing a role would recognize when they're crossing the line into self-mockery - "Jewish space lasers ... gazpacho ... peach tree" - and dial it back a bit.
A trans-terrorist is a formerly nonviolent white supremacist who has fully transitioned and can be safely reassigned as a terrorist. Some achieve this through online "therapy" only, while others thrive in militia groups and the like.
