I have noticed a remarkable surge in highway high speed domestic violence cases lately. Looks like Rudy has flushed out one of the culprits. But this could easily be a case of widespread highway high speed domestic violence fraud, as well as mail in high speed domestic violence fraud. Somebody needs to get to the bottom of this shit fast.
