I consider referring to him as Leon conveys some small measure of the contempt I hold for him.

I have noticed a remarkable surge in highway high speed domestic violence cases lately. Looks like Rudy has flushed out one of the culprits. He definitely had an undeserved positive reputation. If he'd shut his mouth and disappeared out of the public he would have been remember as almost a hero.

Or even if he'd devoted himself to public good works like Carter. With the rescue and recovery services we have in the US any pol with a decent PR team, other than Go-Go Boots DerSantis, can look like a hero in a disaster.
