No, Tim, it's not. Maybe Minnesota and some other select places are, but America as a whole, by intent or neglect, has twice elected and continues to support a person actively attempting to make the Constitution worthless, among other things a psychopath does.
What we used to think of as "America" wouldn't put up with a fraction of what happens now, and in fact didn't for over 200 years.

By evening, the 19-year-old was arrested at a hospital and charged with “arson of property used in interstate commerce or used in an activity affecting interstate commerce” after his father called the bureau, saying his son confessed to him, the complaint filed Monday said. If convicted, Pittman could face between five and 20 years in prison, the Department of Justice said in a news release.
On Tuesday, Hinds County District Attorney Jody Owens II announced Pittman has also been indicted on a state charge of first-degree arson of a place of worship with a hate crime enhancement, according to a statement obtained by Mississippi Free Press. If convicted on the state charge, he faces up to 60 years in prison.

Monday, Pittman appeared in federal court via video conference call from a hospital bed with his hands visibly bandaged, The Associated Press reported. When read his rights at the hearing, Pittman said, “Jesus Christ is Lord,” the outlet reported.
