But way too frequently I run into instances where a guy who wasn't even born when the CRA-64 was passed somehow thinks it's OK to discriminate in some unlawful way - and mostly they don't even know they're discriminating. The law prohibits it, the employer's policy prohibits it, the idiot has been sent to training about it, every supervisory training course in the world covers it, but still...

The fact that there are a lot of them doesn't mean they are related or create a pattern, nor that those in authority condone it.

I've also found that rarely do people consider "use common sense" to be in their job description.

Does this mean that God didn't care enough to answer the prayer, or God did answer the prayer and this is what God wanted?
