I, too, know Vrede and can vouch for his integrity and compassion. I also remember he once said he has a brother who was receiving an honor from the university he works for, but I don't recall anything about a sister. Vrede is not your enemy unless you're stupid.

Oh brother. The wingnuts have posted a lot of weird shit over the years, but this one must
take the cake. If it's not some kind of leg pull, it has to be the stupidest bit of amateur psychology
they've ever indulged in, and that's saying quite a lot. And of course, as in so many of his other
posts, tertiary gets nowhere near the truth. This guy has to be the nuttiest of the wingnuts I've
seen. Completely off the tracks. Yikes.

I do have the BMW and the gas station, but I don't have an "Obamaphone." I have the Steelers'
season tickets instead. (Great game yesterday, but those throw up unis, the 1930s honeybee/
chain gang outfits. Gawd were those ugly. How the hell did they get the players to suit up in them?
A shotgun? A suspension?) Not voting is just a matter of numbers. One vote in a few million or
a 100 million is insignificant. And non-voters are a substantial portion of people.

I count 31 errors of fact, not counting opinion, which is not quite as many as Tertius has posted re Libya. I will give Tertius credit for not being as dumb as Big Ugly Reality, who still thinks Stinger and I are the same poster.

I am aware that this sad flight of fancy is an indication of how successfully I've gotten to Tertius. Thanks.

I have been to Capetown, South Africa and loved it, Wneglia, but I took the handle from my time in Holland. I would not have honored the Boers so. Without giving details, care to comment as to whether any of Tertius' suppositions re my profession are accurate? If so, I appreciate it. You once guessed pretty darn close before you knew for sure, which makes you smarter than Tertius . . . but that ain't saying much.

I am not a psychiatrist, and don't try armchair psychoanalytics, but do have an undergraduate minor in psychology, as well as the required rotation in psychiatry in medical school (which was my least favorite). Without revealing aspects of Vrede's life that were told to me in confidence, i will say that he is probably in his early 50's not 60's and is probably single. I think he mentioned he had a sister who is an attorney, so we know he is not an only child. He was a goalie on a soccer team at some point in his life, and injured his shoulder, but I don't think he has long term complications from it. He is in the health care field, and I would guess it is above the LPN level. He is extremely bright, well-spoken, and compassionate. He has traveled the world, and has participated in many activist movements. One could call him a professional protestor for what he believes is right. I think he respects the physicians he works with and is a team player. I would guess that he works rotating shifts which make it appear that he is on the internet 24/7. I recall on some posts from a prior forum that he had a family member that was quite ill and chose to be thier caregiver until they died, rather than placing in a nursing home. This speaks volumes about what kind of character Vrede has. We may disagree on a wide variety of issues, but he is an interesting guy that I wouldn't mind meeting someday.

That's what the dumbass does on every post -- confuses the crap he's made up in his delusional mind with reality.

Well forcing people to vote doesn't seem to mesh very well with our value of freedom.

His political posts are indeed way out there, but this "psychological profile" or whatever
it's supposed to be is just so damn bizarre, that's why I was hoping it was some kind of
hoax, but considering the source, it's probably meant to be taken seriously. Very strange.
