then ran toward her husband, slipped and stabbed her husband in his shoulder area

When she went to clean the mess, she slipped, still holding the knife, and fell onto her husband

Not surprisingly, the worst places are those of heavy tourist activity as well as - on the longer list - places of lower economic standing.

Also, not surprising about Naples, either - in winter, it's the southernmost part of Canada, and in the summer it's sparsely populated. Biggest crime location around there is Scott's house.
