Could be, but it wouldn't have taken a billionaire. RudyRudyRudy was thought to be worth $10M total, so that was as much as his victims were ever going to get.

I consider referring to him as Leon conveys some small measure of the contempt I hold for him.

Apparently Leon has jumped in to save Rudy's ass.....I read that Rudy will still own his NY apartment, his FL condo, and his World Series rings. It's like me giving somebody five dollars just for the hell of it.
