Gun Legislation

Generally an unmoderated forum for discussion of pretty much any topic. The focus however, is usually politics.

In all seriousness, I don't get the fat cat. I've got him on ignore so I only see his posts when someone quotes him. Does he ever offer anything but sideways WTF comments to any thread?

Why is he even here? What Could possibly be here for him? Shouldn't he be off sucking Solars's dick?
So you're saying that taxed has probably been re-classified as essential?
Taxed was voted "Most Likely to Go Postal" in his high school yearbook. Don't think he's essential to anyone or anything.
Not for services rendered, as described by you, in bold above?
If that's true, then I'd wager Solar has re-classified him as essential.
They call me Creamy Tawdry.

It is real. I found it on the internet.

Damn, I thought it was Fuel Shutoff Valve.
Feline Sarcoma Virus
I thought it was "Fucking Severe Victim." Never let a chance to be a FSV go to waste.

FSV
Oh yes, little lulu, the FSV is real.
You've been sneaking out, licking products at the grocery store, little lulu?

There are only brave Christians at the grocery, we liberals are too scared.
It’s possible you and the hall monitor little lulu can persuade the grocery store to deliver FSV to your homes.

Only 1 FAT CAN, who is almost certainly enough of a "pussy" as to be practicing social distancing and using masks and gloves, would be so stupid, unpatriotic, unChristian and cruel as to suggest that the 26K+ dead AMERICANS, many of whom are elderly nursing home residents, are "Liberals/atheists".

I encourage her/him to suck it up like:

(Evangelical) Virginia Bishop Who Defied State Social Distancing Warnings Dies Of COVID-19

1 FAT CAN's faith is so shaky that s/he thinks it requires others to see her/his religiosity.
More info on the bishop, maybe my initial impression was a little harsh:
4 family members battling coronavirus after Virginia bishop's death

... Bishop Glenn held a church service on March 22 despite warnings about social distancing. During the sermon, he preached about not being afraid of death, telling the congregation, “I firmly believe that God is larger than this dreaded virus,” according to CBS affiliate WTVR.

A day after his sermon, Virginia banned gatherings of 10 or more. On March 30, the governor issued a stay-at-home order.

Crawley told CNN that she thinks her father is getting unfair criticism for having a church service in spite of the social distancing warnings.

"When he decided to have services, he was very clear in posting signs and having hand sanitizer, and wearing gloves and not congregating with people after service, during service," she told the outlet in an interview published Thursday. "People were asked to sit six feet apart. Family members sat together. That's it. After service, there was no talking and hanging around. Everyone left."

She said her father wanted to preach to give people "a message of hope that it's OK that this virus is out there. God is out there, too, and we believe that God will protect us."

Crawley said the family has not had a chance to mourn the loss because they are caring for each other as they fight the virus.

Death Toll In Nova Scotia Mass Shooting Climbs To 23
The Canadian Broadcasting Corp said the death toll included the suspect.

"the country’s worst mass shooting"

Je suis Nova Scotia :(

Who did he think he was, an American?
... Bringing in stricter gun control measures was an election promise of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberals in the October 2019 federal election, and he told reporters on Tuesday the legislation had been “almost ready to go” when the novel coronavirus crisis hit.

“The tragedy in Nova Scotia simply reinforces and underlines how important it is for us to continue to move forward on strengthening gun control in this country,” Trudeau said. “We will do that at the appropriate time.”
Interesting, they're already stricter than ours.

It's a tragedy for the 3 that were struck, especially the one in critical condition, but the people of Glendale are otherwise fortunate that the ammosexual is a very sucky terrorist.

Found:
Where are the people who claimed that the First Amendment depends on the Second? They could mobilize to take over a wildlife refuge and run over an innocent woman at Charlottesville. But they are conspicuously absent when the First Amendment is attacked. The refreaks are friends of nobody but themselves.
(Idk what "refreaks" are, and it's not even in the Urban Dictionary)

It still puzzles me why gun control advocates never (to my knowledge) bring up the FACT that the first three words of the second amendment are "A well regulated" nor do they bring up the FACT that at the time the second amendment was written, the ONLY firearms extant were single shot muzzle loaded ones (dueling pistols, long guns, and cannon). Seems to me these factors should carry the weight of the argument against the sale of military type weapons to any moron who has the money to buy one. And it also pisses me off that trump incessantly squawks that "they want to take away your second amendment." Fucking idiot; and people actually believe this nonsense not knowing what is required to actually change the US Constitution. I never understood why no Democrats ever bring up that point, either.

Logic, reason, nor sights viewed by their own eyes are not a part of the zealot conspirisist's intellectual bag. They live in a different world from the rest of us.

Elmer was originally a hunter with a strong dislike of rabbits. He didn't have a rifle, he had a shotgun. But as the cartoon developed, Bugs, and their relationship, became more human-like. I always considered the cartoon overly violent, even way back in the day when they were playing them before the main cinema feature started. Cartoons in general are very violent

Yeah, I can remember Daffy Duck getting his whole fucking beak blasted around to the other side of his head by Elmer's shotgun. Also his shotgun sometimes got tied in a knot and blew up in his face. Usually Bugs stood by and enjoyed the mayhem. It was sort of like how a normal person stands by and watches the trump show to the bitter end.

It's easy to say - and has been said - that kids know cartoons aren't real, and that nobody is really hurt in cartoons since Bugs or Wiley is back up and un-scarred in the next frame. But they are sending a steady message that the way to deal with interpersonal problems is with violence. Shoot Bugs or Daffy - drop the anvil, hand them some TNT, set them on fire, run over them, push them off the cliff, yada and yada.
